THE 100 CHARACTERS

FIRST.
[CLARKE GRIFFIN]

Notable qualities ~ resolve, cunning, strong, determined, selfless,
Why I love her ~ Clarke for me, is everything I admire in a person, she has a resilience that is unmatched,
and although she makes a lot of questionable choices, every choice she makes is for the people she loves.
Clarke shouldn't exist, she is everything in one person,
her heart is both strong and gentle and I love that.
Clarke wasn't my favourite in Season 5,
but no one will ever knock her off top spot and I'll forgive my baby for anything.


SECOND.
[BELLAMY BLAKE]


Notable qualities ~ compassion, loyalty, protective, forgiving, principled.
Why I love Bellamy ~ First off, what is not to love? I have been on such a journey with Bellamy,
from not liking him at first to getting a Bellamy tattoo on my shoulder.
I guess I just really gravitate toward Bellamy and he's the character who I have just grown to love more and more each season.
I just feel he has been on such a relatable journey and I just GET him.
I understand his choices, his motivations,
and lately I just feel like i'm always on the same page as him which I don't get as consistently with the other characters.

THIRD.
[COMMANDER LEXA]


Notable qualities ~ Pragmatic, guarded, composed, intelligent, strong.
Why I love Lexa ~ I was just completely consumed by Lexa, her whole energy was just so enticing,
I have always been deeply attracted to stoic characters, especially female characters,
Lexa was one of those characters whose layers you had to peel before really getting to the core.
I think Lexa died far too soon and there was still so much more to see,
she died before reaching her peak and I miss her dearly.
She may have only been a guest star but she has a hold on me to this very day, such a powerful character.

FOURTH.
[ECHO KOM AZGEDA]


Notable qualities ~ sardonic, skilled, straight-forward, self preserving, crafty.
Why I love Echo ~ Wow, Echo just came out of nowhere, over the past two years I have only had deep deep love for Clarke, Lexa, Bellamy and Murphy.
I loved other characters, but not like those four and then BAM Echo goes and steals my heart. Now Echo is my kind of character,
I go crazy for antagonists that align themselves with the "heroes", and I have just ADORED Echo this season,
she has been my favourite by far this season. I know so many people don't like the character for various reasons,
but I will always be of the opinion that Echo is no worse than any of the other characters,
many people can't get over her betrayal despite the fact pretty much every character on this show has been disloyal asf at some point.
But I feel Echo is on of those characters that once she is in your corner and she considers you her family she would do ANYTHING FOR YOU.
She is loyal, principled and protective and I love that.

FIFTH.
[JOHN MUPRHY]



Notable qualities ~ resourceful, remorseful witty, sarcastic, resilient.
Why I love Murphy ~ Murphy is just iconic, he's just a funny and entertaining character with epic one-liners,
but there is also so much more to him than that. I feel Murphy is probably the best developed character on the show,
he went from being very unlikable to a fan favourite. I think that is pretty epic.
I think the way in which the show transformed Murphy from a character that seemed irredeemable to a character filled with such love and light is quite remarkable.
I mean the dude went from shooting Raven, trying to hang Bellamy and murdering his people
to being the guy that Bellamy wouldn't leave behind on Earth and the guy that Monty carried to the ship risking his life.
I'd say thats development.
I also just feel like Murphy would be me in an apocalypse which I dig.

Yeah, I feel the top 2 are pretty secure, but Echo could possibly go up one more spot, depending on how she behaves in S6. I know she'll never be a fan favourite, I just hope they don't change how I feel about her in S6. Echo behaved impeccably in my eyes this season so hopefully she does the same next season.

As for Bellamy, it has reached the point where he can do no wrong in my eyes, don't see that ever changing. I had a rocky season with Clarke this year, but I feel I was due one her being my number 1 will never change. Lexa probably would have been higher if they had killed her off though, but third is still a solid spot. and yeah Murphy has always been in my top 5, doubt he'll ever be replaced, I'd say Raven is the character behind him.

Raven has always been on the outside of my top 5, I love her to death and that love has grown stronger season by season. I think she's always teetered on the edge cause she isn't controversial enough, I love the naughty character more

She was a guest star, so I suppose that would work. That’s tricky, though, because I know we didn’t include her in the Supporting Characters Survivor we did years ago.

I feel like my #1 supporting character is obvious.
