I'd say Jasper/Octavia and Jasper/Raven definitely had friendships. But that's my personal interpretation.

You seem to have a lot of duos on your list that . . . have some sort of connection but perhaps never really developed into closer friends than what we've seen them as previously.

One of the big frustration in Alexa's top is Lincoln Clarke we've really missed something, I would never forget when he's protecting Clarke in the 2x15, or when Clarke tells Lincoln you're my people before killing the sniper

For Monty Octavia they have a strong link I mean Monty killed his mother for saved Octavia but after there's no more conversations between the two etc ... I still do not understand

Agreed, some missed opportunities there. TPTB dropped those dynamics like a hot potato and it's a shame.

Love your list, Alexa. It's interesting how yours are of pairings which had some interactions which unfortunately were never fully explored after they were brought up.

The good thing about the Clarke/Lincoln scenes is that, even though there were only a few, they were memorable. I do wish we would have at least seen her maybe . . . react to his death. She was just all like, "Luna, Luna, Luna" at that point.

Yeah, I took issue with how little everyone reacted apart from Octavia (and Bellamy, initially). Lincoln was there from the start, he was an amazing and kind person who deserved more than that.

I think because we see the potential in those little bits of interactions. Kind of like the monty/murphy thing. When they do interact you see the chemistry there but its not enough to consider it a friendship.

Duos that literally have never interacted I cant necessarily want to see as friends because theres nothing for me to go off of, if that makes sense.

Yup, just a few. It brings to mind what Lindsey said in one of the SDCC interviews ... that because there's not a lot of explicitly drawn up pairings, that people end up shipping so many diverse ships. It extends to the friendships too, I think.

So many characters with diverse/different characteristics and personalities, so it's natural for us to be intrigued by some if not, a lot of those pairings.
