Top 5 Season 1 Episodes for Alexa

#01:
1x08 | Day Trip



This was my favorite episode because I just really enjoyed all the interactions.
Specifically Clarke and Bellamy. I thought the hallucinations were pretty funny.
I loved the redemption ark for Bellamy and seeing some of his demons. It was
the first time that we really saw BC understand one another and work together.
And I loved the scene between Bellamy and Clarke and Jaha at the end. Oh and
bonus point for Linctivia's first kiss!

#02:
1x05 | Twilight's Last Gleaming



Definitely one of the best episodes of season 1 IMO. The entire culling part of the
episode was heartbreaking and just really well done and it was the first episode
that I actually cried over. Which says a lot about how much it impacted me
emotionally because I don't cry often. I also loved Raven finally coming down to
earth and interacting with the group, she just added something new to the series.

1x04 | Murphy's Law



I know this episode doesn't rank in a lot of peoples favorites but I'm not sure why
because it was super intense! The first season was all about the delinquents and their
interactions with one another and how they controlled camp and this episode was very
instrumental in that feeling. Obviously I am a huge Murphy fan, so this was one of my
favorite episodes for that reason alone. I loved the focus that he got as a character and
I think the whole SL of people blaming him for Well's death felt very Lord of the Flies to
me, and I just loved watching it play out. Plus we had BC deciding to work as partners
and co-leaders and we had Charlotte's death, which was interesting.

1x10 | I Am Become Death



I just remember everyone being sick this episode. LOL. There was a lot of chaos and
some good drama and different interactions which I really enjoyed. I also loved having
Murphy back and seeing Raven be a badass.

#05:
1x13 | We Are Grounders Part 2



Both episodes were good, but I mostly loved the second part of the finale, and how
everything came together and how the grounders came into the camp and Abby and
the others coming to the ground. It was just a big episode (as all 100 finales are). I
also loved the set up of season 2.

Honorary Mentions;
[101, 103, 107]


101 was just a very strong pilot episode. At the time
it didn't hold my interest as much but looking back
at that episode I think it was really strong. The plot
moved and the characters were likable and interesting.
103 was a turning point for me, the bellarke scene in
particular was amazing. In general that episode just
felt more intense than the first two. Wells death was
also heartbreaking. 107 was fantastic for Lincoln and
L/O as a pairing. The torture stuff was hard to watch
but it was really intense and strong episode. Loved it.

And here's Alexa, once again proving while she's the best fan artist on the board. I love that you can just whip up those arts like that. They're gorgeous.

You know, even though I didn't include 1x04 on my list, I do still think it's a great episode. (Like I said, "The Calm" is the only season 1 clunker for me.) Richard's acting in that episode is incredible.

I didn't like episodes 106, 111, or 112 much. It honestly all the season 1 episodes were great.
