The bowing still gets me. Clarke kneeled before lexa. But lexa goes one step further and she goes down on both knees. Not only pledging fealty bit its like she pleading for forgiveness.

I don't understand why some people still view them as toxic. I definitely think that at first they were only because Lexa put her people before Clarke (like a good leader but horrible lover), but they've grown from that. Lexa was serious when she pledged her loyalty to Clarke. From now on, she will put Clarke's safety first (or at least on the same level as her people's safety, b/c Clarke is her people now). That being said, it seems ignorant for people to call their relationship unhealthy and toxic. Eventually, I want them to be together but right now I want to see more positive relationship development prior to the romance.
