i didnt like 504 all that much.
MURVEN!!! |
I really like all three of the questionable Eligius people  so I hope that they stick around for a bit. And as horrible as McCreary is, he makes a good antagonist especially opposite Shaw.
Also, pure speculation based on the episode title, we saw some desert scenes in the trailer ... Clarke/Madi embracing, Monty etc. I’m guessing that we will see those scenes in this episode. And that the title perhaps relates to not just the physical location in which the episode will be set but different/shifting allegiances in the 3 groups we have seen so far, which we will see in this episode. IDK, maybe I’m overthinking this. |
That would make sense, Sarah. So that makes me nervous. I know we’re going to have some Bellarke angst coming, and I love angst (case in point:my damn fanfic), but right now, I’m just really enjoying them being united again.
|
The only Eligius person I like is Shaw. But if any of the others turns out to be similar to Roan, I might like them too. :P But I don’t like people who threaten the lives of my characters. Obviously though they have to be there to make the show be what it is.

It always takes me a while to figure out how I feel about the characters. Except for Ilian. My massive attraction to Chai helped with that one. I like Shaw, but I’m not loving him yet. I dislike Diyoza, but I like her “hostage taker and his girlfriend” line. McCreary is kind of one-note so far, so I don’t have much to say about him.

The only super villain who has made it to the next season was Tristan if I remember right and then Kane killed him in 2x01, so I think that doesn't count ;) I really hope that Shaw will not die. Shaw is a bit like Lincoln and Ilian for me. We need such a good soul at the show for a longer time, not only for one season. |
He does nothing for me. He's just a villain.
|
McCreary is too one-note for me to feel anything for him but burning hatred. I want him dead, dead, dead. Sooner the better.
I don't think I like Diyoza and I sure as hell don't trust her, but I'm willing to watch and see who she really turns out to be. I'm already making *heart eyes* at Shaw. |
I'm definitely nervous about that too, April. I feel like this is the episode which will bring out ALL the angst. :look:

McCreary is definitely more one-dimensional compared to the others but he's playing his part well for now and making us all dislike him severely. Diyoza is really intriguing to me, you can tell that she's really smart and is sussing out and observing everyone closely. I feel like that will come into play at some point, that she'll pit people against each other or use some of the characters to get what she wants out of the others. |
Yeah, not every character needs to be the most complex. I’m okay with McCreary being one-note so far. William is playing him well.

Yeah, sometimes it’s nice to be able to do that.
