His death was so sad, when Raven started crying, I started crying. It's pretty sad that we all anticipated he'd die because he got a lot of screen time compared to previous seasons.

I had no idea he was going to die. I was oblivious to it, like I am to a lot of things.
 Yes, "Stay in the rover" is legit one of the most heartbreaking lines of the series, because all he wanted was for her to be safe, and he died not knowing if she was. |

I should have figured that too but I think that I was in denial, a bit.
  I do love that the show remembered him this season and also gave Raven some "closure" in terms of Sinclair.   X  __________________

I love that line SO much.
Me too, I was pleasantly surprised but happy that they brought him back that way. Made sense to me and also reminded Raven of the strength that she always had in her.  She's a fighter and Sinclair always reminded her of that.Makes me think of another topic we could cover in the 30 day challenge too ... favourite platonic relationship on the show. Raven/Sinclair would be pretty high up there for me. __________________

She started to doubt herself, started to lose the will to fight back but his faith in her was always so huge that even just his manifestation was able to convince her to choose life.
Super Raven. It was also such a great episode in terms of dealing with death/loss, Raven finally accepted his death, it was sort of closure for her but she also said he'd always be with her. I will prepare a list with possible topics for the challenge during the weekend. __________________

The whole "bringing somebody back as a figment of their own imagination" thing can go very wrong, but with Sinclair and Raven, it really worked.

AGREED.
It could have been cheesy but in the context of Raven/Sinclair, it made sense and was far from cheesy. __________________

I like the way they brought him back too. He always believed in her and I'm glad they chose him to represent the part of her that wanted to live |

The way they brought him back was fantastic - I thought it was really well done. It wasn't cheesy in any way, "he" was very helpful to her, and it was really very touching. The shot of him fading away was super sad.

I didn't know he was going to die either. I foolishly thought that they might be done with deaths for the season at that point
