not really, it's not the kind of show to do a Thanksgiving episode
Plus I'd think that a lot of holidays are so specific to any given nation, it wouldn't really make sense that in an environment as diverse as the Ark, a lot of those traditions were still celebrated.

That's a tough question I'm going to say maybe shrunk a bit? I feel like they would all be pretty unhealthy down there, and not all would have survived. And even if someone had a baby, maybe the baby died too.
