Oh gosh, this. They both deserve more than that, and I thought the show did a great job of showing the weirdness of the situation but never pitting them against each other. Like Raven asking Clarke if she loves Finn and she responded by saying that she barely knows him. I do think that she was trying to spare Raven’s feelings there a little but it was also kind of true.

They really do have a complex relationship but the mutual respect between them has always been there, no matter how they disagree sometimes.

Oh, I'm so glad the show never pitted them against each other, I was dreading an awful triangle with the women fighting over somebody who doesn't deserve to be fought over. But they avoided that and had Raven remove herself because she realized Finn didn't love her the way she wanted to be love.

One of the best things this show did, tbh - because it seemed like they were going there and I remember thinking "ugh, please" and then I was happy to see it fizzled out quite quickly.

It would be truly ironic if it was because of batteries/something simple like that.

I rewatched 4X02 and I love how Clarke said that there's no one else she trusts to make sure that Arkadia is up and running before Praimfaya hits.
