Based on her conversation with Harper, I definitely think that the odds of her reconciling with Murphy is high.

She didn't shoot down the idea, and I feel like there's definitely lingering feelings there ... but of course a lot of hurt and resentment too.

Definitely agree that a reconciliation is likely to happen. It's just really obvious that they love each other. I liked that we got a little more POV on what happened. I loved the little things with them this episode - John offering to stay with her to run diagnostics on the ship after their landing and the smile he gave when she called him John after he called her out on talking about him with Harper. Did anyone else feel like he stayed with Raven also because of Emori? It sorta felt like he wanted to show he can be a team player and useful. They seem to be talking more than they were before encountering the other ship. Looks like he wants to keep that going.

I definitely feel like part of it is because of Emori too. There's some unresolved issues/tension there so I think that he wants some time away from her for now ... but eventually, they will need to talk about it and hash out their problems with each other. John offering to stay with her to run diagnostics on the ship also indicated that he either wants to make amends (?) or at least not be at loggerheads with her as much, but Emori lashed out a bit at him there.
