I'm actually ok with where they are. It's clear they both still love one another. I didn't see contempt. Emori just seems really affected by whatever happened, like she can't stand that John may feel whatever kind of way about her, but she's being strong because what else can she do. John seems like he's mad at himself for disappointing and/or hurting her. But he's still whipped and takes care of her. He had her bag and was waiting for her outside her room. I think they'll eventually work through whatever happened. John does seem like he got in his head, and that doesn't surprise me. He got so much crap on the ground from everyone, but at least he felt he could make himself useful to them when the situation called for it. Fitting in, being part of the group, that's not something he's use to. I loved seeing Bellamy come to him and I hope by the end of the season, they really grow as friends.
ETA: THat gifset on the previous page still has me tripping though. Is he going to stay on the ship in space when they choose to leave?? Or is it a flashback scene that explains why Emori are where they are now?? I neeeed answers. __________________

I totally saw contempt (or at least, alot of resentment) from Emori to Murphy, not so much vice-versa. Either that or extreme annoyance.
I find it interesting that this happened six months ago - were they happy for 5.5 years? I need to know what went down. Sigh. __________________
