Right? Although I don't recall dancing with boys to Chumbawamba. That would have been me and my girl friends dancing in a group singing along at the top of our lungs. Awkward dances with boys were reserved for Savage Garden and Celine Dion. And an incident with 3 Doors Down.

And my best friend prefers the cold. She does a lot of traveling for work and was in Florida a few weeks ago. It was in the 70s. She whined to me about it all week. It had been in the teens here that week but when she got home that weekend it was in the 40s. She got the cold she was looking for a couple weeks ago when she was in New York. And snowed in stuck in her hotel room.

I need to de-stress so I'll probably go catch a mindless movie tomorrow. It's been a while since I have had a movie night anyway. Any plans for the weekend, guys?

After the glory that was yesterday, today was 4 degrees and rainy Just miserable and awful. Everyone was so happy yesterday, it was so short-lived

This morning was the worst, too - I was trying to time my bike ride to miss the rain, and I looked out the window and saw that it wasn't raining and the sky looked decent. So I booted down to the garage and grabbed my bike, then opened the door and was greeted by a downpour. I was like "let's do this"...made it down the road before I was SOAKED and just turned around and went back. By then I was already 15 minutes late for work, so I called an uber. This one cancelled on me, then I ordered another one. I saw that he was on the street outside so I went out, then the f***er cancelled on me right after driving by!

So I ordered ANOTHER one but did an uber pool instead, since the damn prices were climbing. This was my most busy pool ever - there were four of us. Also he drove through Cityplace (where I used to live) which is a nightmare for traffic. Then all the way up to Queen street, then I FINALLY got to work 45 minutes late. I had a raging headache this whole time so at noon I just went home and worked from home.

Oh you should! I just needed a funny movie to take my mind off things and it was pretty good, I must say. Did you watch the Lego movie? I think this might be even better than that one, dare say I. Will Arnett rocks as Batman.
