Yes she was. I think she was in every episode. She played more of a distraction. Her character basically keeps one of the other main characters from finding out the truth about his work, and she ends up falling for the guy. Sadly the series was cancelled.

Backstory on Octavia. She's a 2nd child which is basically forbidden. She was locked up for the crime of being born. I actually adore this character.

Jen - if you didn't catch the whole series on tv (Of Cult) they have all 13 episodes on netflix.
