 That really sucks but it is a huge amount of money to run it. Hopefully, they get some donations in but it doesn't look so good.  I think that I'll go save some episode screencaps up while I still can.__________________

Maybe Major Costa was under the Essential Personnel and got a spot in the bunker
 Why knows the person who wrote the article all 100 names from the list?  I can't remember, that all 100 names were ever announced? I think it could be, that Major Costas name is on Clarkes list. |

Oh cool, thanks for sharing that Laura! Now I'm gonna keep an eye out for Major Costa on my rewatches
There was a picture of the list somewhere online I believe, but I'm not sure we were actually meant to take that seriously. The finale kind of implied that Kane and Miller were on Clarke's list in universe. So I think the released picture perhaps wasn't meant to be considered canon |

Oh that's really interesting about Major Costa! I never noticed.
 But I'll definitely keep an eye out for him during my rewatches ... and I hope that we find out soon if he's in Season 5 too. If he's a highly ranked guard, I can definitely see him as an Essential Personnel.  __________________
