I may have fangirled a little bit when Raven radioed Wick. Knowing that we might not actually see Wick until later in the season just knowing that off-screen Raven/Wick are continuing to work together and hopefully bond even more makes me happy.

^That's how I took it and it made me so unbelievably happy. It gave me hope that last week was definitely not the last we've seen of Wick.

I feel like they are kind of invested in him. He could have remained gone. He could have been on of the unfortunate people to die trying to make it to earth, but no. They brought him back, and had him interact with one of the leads. It says a lot.

What's so funny is that supposedly Finn and Raven spent all that time together, but yet it would appear that Wick REALLY knows Raven better. I'm sure he was aware of what would happen to him if he helped Bellamy, Clarke, and Octavia leave the camp.

And I think Raven likes him too.

I wonder if Finn and Wick know each other... they might, right? Does the Engineering/Mechanical department on the Ark have a holiday party where Raven could have introduced her boyfriend to her co-workers?

Finn and Raven's relationship is weird for me because we've been informed that they're close like family, but the only time I ever really believed it was when she was having that surgery. Other than that, they've been fighting or passive aggressive with each other pretty much the whole time they've been on screen together. With Wick and Raven, on the other hand, we were shown right off the bat how Wick knows her and respects her for her brains and determination, so it definitely comes across as a healthier interaction at this point.

I agree that Finn/Raven didn't seem to have that familial trust last season. I'll chuck it up to them being dysfunctional under the surface, even back on the ark (though neither ever openly acknowledged it). I kinda hope they play it like Raven had a tiny crush on Wick when she first met him, but couldn't really acknowledge or accept that because in her mind Finn is her family and she owes her life to him and it would've felt like she'd be betraying him. But now that Finn is out of the picture romantically, maybe she'll slowly thaw and consider the possibility of liking Wick in that way.

Also, the way she bickers with Wick could be seen as frustrating crush feels that had to be repressed.
