Eh, I barely noticed myself. I've been a wee bit out of it lately. My supervisor has been teasing me lately that I really should start drinking. She may have a point. One of these days I'm going to absolutely snap at my boss and get myself fired. I lucked out yesterday when I snarked at him via text he just responded with "Captain Obvious" My supervisor had a good laugh at that.
So now that all my other shows are well into the season I'm REALLY needing The 100 back. Which is also kind of silly since my "to watch" list is still a mile long. But isn't it about time they be announcing when it will premiere? I mean...COME ON!
I'm getting impatient now....we've been MORE than patient so far! It ended in April. Can you believe it's been more than half a year already? Time is flying but I'm more than ready for some new episodes.
Is there really no thread for Maya?
I´ve really come to like her. She looked so weak, even sick, but she shows much mental strength when all the brutality invades her seemingly peaceful home. And I´ll for sure miss her cause I really would have liked to see how she would have evolved by living with the skypeople and being able to to make her physical match her mental shape.

I agree, it would have been interesting to see her with the sky people/above ground. She was so smart and such a good ally to them. She could have been an interesting addition to their crew, IMO.
Though I liked Maya too I don't think I'd post in a thread for her either. As already mentioned, there's really nothing to talk about now.
And I agree that it would have been cool to see her with the sky people. So many great dynamics to be explored, and her character had a lot of potential. Which is why it was a bit of sadistic genius for Jason to kill her. While we knew the numbers, at least roughly, of how many Clarke, Bellamy, and Monty killed in the mountain and we know there were children (gut punch right there), it was Maya's death that really made it more personal and real. She represented the good within the mountain and the hope for life beyond. Even she couldn't survive the cruel reality which is the world these characters now live in. So really...she never stood a chance.
Agreed with all you said, Kenni. Just another harsh reality that this show presents to us. There really aren't many/any happy endings
To the same point, she may have been kind of useless above ground. There are already enough minor characters that don't get enough screentime (Miller, Monty, etc) that I'd kind of rather they focus more on them.
