Yes, why did they kill him?
 They killed so many of the characters that I liked most... Lincoln, Roan, Ilian, Luna (my german girl Nadia). 4x10 was really hard to watch and I was not fine, after watching this episode.  |

I kept expecting Roan to pop back up in front of Clarke

Yes, Sarah I thought the same...
In 4x10 I had always hope, that he dives out of the water, like he dived out in 3x02 after Clarke hold him under water... but then the Episode was over and I must accept that I will never see Roan again So Lincoln, Roan and Ilian are dead... we need some new good looking grounders in S5... Writers... go for it  |

Yeah, plus we never got to see Clarke reacting to knowing that Roan died.
 Everything happened extra fast after that, with the bunker drama and then rushing to get to a safe place before the death wave hit. It'll definitely not happen now, with the time jump and all.__________________

I think, that Clarke had expected, that Roan dies in the conclave... in her opinion, Luna was the only qualified winner in this fight... so I doubt it, that Clarke had showed much reaction, because she had expected Roan's dead

Okay, that's a good point.
The sad thing is, in a way, they have lost so many people along the way that it's desensitized them to some extent than another death is something to be mourned/accepted quickly or they just don't have the time to dwell on them too much.__________________

In 4x8 when Roan comes to Clarke to give her a pep talk and how he looked at her while he was talking, I thought "What was that?" "Has he feelings for her?"
Was I the only one who thought that? What did you all think about that scene? |
