Don't even stress about what Tasya said. No hate against her, but she has a tendency to have some strange answers during interviews and cons. And most of what she's ever said about Echo and Bellamy is completely headcanon.

Well said, and just my opinion ... it just shows the level of understanding (or rather lack of) over the Bellarke relationship. Platonic doesn't mean sibling-like.

And the answer doesn't correspond with the question, I definitely think that she didn't have to answer it in that manner.

what Tasya said infuriates me and tests even the limits of my positivity. First of all, WTF kind of show is she watching? Second . . . thanks, Tasya. Thanks for giving us the “Bellarke ****” of 2018. Our year in the fandom wouldn’t have been complete without a cast member making us feel like we’re delusional. It was a dumb thing to say, IMO, on many levels, and only serves to alienate the show’s largest fanbase from both her and the show itself. But unfortunately, unless there was something filmed that she’s not aware of, it does further my belief that Bellamy and Echo will not break up this season and that our end of the season Bellarke is only heading towards a reconciliation and nothing more. But I’ll maintain hope for season 6.

I guess that it's better that we're prepared now for a non-Becho breakup by end of this season. But yeah, I didn't even want to bring up what she said here because it's so annoying and I really do wonder what show she's watching, compared to the rest of us. Seriously, only this fandom ... when the cast continuously craps on us and makes us feel like we're idiots for shipping BC. I swear, I'm so tired of this.

I didn’t want to bring it up, either, because it got me so down yesterday. Just maintain hope for season 6, I guess. The ratings really are going to start to suffer if they continue making Bellarke fans feel like this, though. I don’t understand why we’re treated like the red-headed step-children of this fandom, and I’m really disappointed in Tasya (who I’ve always said nice things about) for giving such a ridiculous answer. And she’s constantly having to give these head canon answers for her character and her ship because the writers have given us so little.

Anyway, I’m PISSED, and I really might actually need you guys to help lift my spirits up today instead of the other way around.

I'm honestly not really taking her seriously considering her history. I mean...I have a mutual friend on twitter, you know Em right April? And she's literally once of the most positive and kind people on there. She always defends the actors, including Tasya, when they get stupid hate. She met Tasya at a con and had her sign a picture. She's a well known Bellarke fan, so Tasya signed her photo saying to look forward to 5x06 because she would "love it." I mean...that's just petty to me. I haven't been able to take her seriously since.

It was actually a photo of her and Tasya from the meet and greet I think. Em doesn't really like to talk about it at this point because of the negativity going around. I really am not worried about what Tasya talks about in terms of canon though. She said before season 5 started that Echo and Bellamy had too much baggage to ever become a thing in space...and...obviously that wasn't true. I honestly think the sibling remark was completely out of spite.

And also, she liked a fan video on Twitter this morning that was basically a compilation of all the moments that prove Bellarke has never been platonic...so...

She said that before season 5? Okay, I don’t get her. She was very nice when I met her—I didn’t talk to her much, but she was nice—and she doesn’t deserve death threats or anything, but she’s gonna have to learn how to give better answers if she’s going to be doing these conventions. Eliza had to learn it; now it’s Tasya’s turn. Bob’s smart and just sticks to Murphamy.

I'm ignoring it because it's total crap. No siblings behave the way Bellarke do. Bellamy's relationship with his actual sister and his relationship with Clarke could not be anymore different if you tried. She just seems a little butt hurt that people don't like Echo and/or her with Bellamy. And this would not the first time she lied about stuff. She said before the season started that Raven and Echo were roommates in space and yet, in 5X01, Raven's rooming with Emori instead. It's just like how Katie Cassidy behaves with Arrow/Olicity.
