It's almost surreal to remember that HIC was on Scandal for a season. I watched that show for years before I quit, but he left so early on that I almost forgot that he was even on it (until I was randomly looking at Scandal articles the other day).

I loved him in Scandal. He ultimately got a great sendoff and that last scene he was in he looked SO good.

He did have a good send off

though I always thought it was a bit abrupt because he just didn’t appear in the season 2 after appearing in the season 1 finale.
