Off topic: Why did the expression chief's kiss get so popular? I've been seeing it all over the internet for half-1 year. I obviously get the meaning, but why is the sudden popularity?

Idk. Probably like other Internet things, people just started seeing it and decided to use it themselves. It is a good way to communicate your thoughts on something, I guess.

I thought that it may be some cultural thing, so for example someone famous started to use it, and it cought on, or it was used in a TV program.

... yeah, I think that that term became more popular in the last year or so. Also, there’s somehow an emoji for it too?

On a Bellarke note, I’ve been playing the finale song on a loop recently and it’s just so romantic, it’s such a deliberate choice for the Bellarke scene.

Article on Bob’s tweet about the misrepresentation (excerpt) :

So Morley’s tweet seems to indicate that he personally always thought that Bellamy was sacrificing for Clarke and focusing on her not just last season, but all the previous seasons too.

Back in 2015 Rothenberg seemed to indicate that Bellarke would happen at some point in the future (first he hedged it with “if it makes sense” and then seemed to get more specific.) But it really feels like he’s changed his mind about all of that since then. The big Lexa fallout happened after that interview, so maybe he changed his mind about Clarke ships in general at that point, or felt that a Bellamy-Clarke relationship wouldn’t fit well after Lexa. All of that is conjecture.

Apart from the “Bellamy being committed to Echo” part, I mainly agree with this article.

And more importantly, we actually got a lot of good Bob quotes about Bellarke in this interview (should we add them to the OP?) :
