They had other scenes in S3, at least one in S4, and a few more in S5.

They did? But surely, very brief ones? I don't remember them having any meaningful scenes together or even exchange many words.

Chelsey deserved more. This seems to be a running theme in the show.

Chelsey took one of the smaller characters and made her very well-loved. She should be proud of that. She's also a fan-favorite cast member, so she should be proud of that, too.

It's definitely due to that very good work April just commented on that Harper got more screen-time in S3, etc. It's always been easy to love Harper and Chelsey.

True, I hope that she's proud because she should be. She just seems so genuine and friendly/approachable.

Agreed that it's easy to love Harper/Chelsey, Kate.
