Clarke knew it wasn't her because Judge Heda/Lexa didn't meet her halfway in a breathless reunion hug, nor did she have the same larger-than-life confidence and posture that the true Lexa had. the Judge just stood there, existing in that spot, but all too real in appearance, because Clarke's brightly shining memories and undying love made her look so great. the deity channeled Clarke's love and memories.
