I’m honestly so pleased with Clarke’s story this season, I have issues with other things right now but I’m 100% happy about how she’s been written so far.

Same. I had a good feeling seeing her at the end of season 4, and it’s continued into season 5. It’s great.

Yep, same. I still had my apprehension about how it’ll all play out for Clarke but I’m glad that it was unfounded ... and though her arc this season has been both hopeful and heartbreaking, I feel like it makes sense for that right now.

The disconnect between her and Spacekru for example, it’s painful to see but also I understand why ... I am still incredibly salty that we didn’t get a reunion scene between her/Monty/Harper though. That didn’t make a single ounce of sense to me.

Okay, finally got around to watching this. Definitely not one the best 100 episode. In fact, it certainly ranks in my top 5 least favorites I think. Nothing terrible about it, but nothing that special. Just in general found it sort of blah.

I love Raven so not having her around was lame for me.

I also could care less about the murphy/emori storyline this episode. So they hooked up but are not back together? Okay, boring. And what is with the line about Murphy being jealous of Raven and Emori hanging out? lol. That was weird.

Glad we got a break from Abby. I am still enjoying the Diyoza/Kane dynamic.

Octavia... you guys... I cant tolerate her. She is so... manipulative and like, crazy. lol. They've seriously brought her character to crazy town this season. She's just coming off so calculated, cold and idk... heartless. Whatever happened in the bunker 100% changed her. I mean, I loved her in 502, I wish she was still that strong leader that had heart but this Octavia? Nah. Keep her. (With that said I kinda still love the niylah/octavia thing- Gaia however, can choke. lmao)

WAY too much Echo and Bellamy/Echo for me. They are trying to sell this ship as like a cute loyal otp pairing and I just dont feel it? They skipped over their entire relationship and this is the first one where we see them as a couple and we are just supposed to buy that he cares about her so much? IDK, it was just weird and forced for me and on top of that I find Echo so wooden as a character. Bellamy aside, i dont want her getting any focus on the show and taking it away from the other characters. She's just so MEH to me, I hope they get rid of her character or at least reduce scerentime.

My favorite part of the episode by far was the Clarke/Madi moments. They are adorable and I love Madi too.

Alexa, I think I agree with most of that. Just not the Memori stuff. But all the other stuff . . . I’m right there with you.

I blame the embarrassing writing (in parts), some of the lines just didn't sound they belonged in The 100 and stuck out like a sore thumb. Overall I thought the episode was good and important for propelling the story forward.

Yup same, I think that it was mainly certain lines that made me cringe but it was definitely not a bad episode and the plot moved on nicely during this episode ... just won’t be a favourite of mine in this strong season (so far).

Admittedly, it will be one I struggle to get through on a rewatch for ship reasons, but plot-wise, it was . . . decent. I still can’t believe how confused I was about the Niylah thing when I first watched, though.

Well it was weird seeing her...different, and then Gaia using chloroform(??) on her seemed like it came out of left field. But I'm definitely interested to see where that heads.
