I really hope they keep her around

I know a lot of shows love fan wars and many times the unpopular character in a heavily disliked ship is the odd one out, even if she's amazing as an individual character..which she is both that and in an amazing ship

To be fair, she was painted as an antagonist in the previous seasons though she did do it out of duty ... which is probably why people have such a strong reaction towards her as an individual as well as her relationship with Bellamy. It's not without basis, but having said that, people need to give Echo a chance since no one on this show is clearly innocent of misdeeds and horrible actions in the name of survival/their people.

And it's completely unacceptable for people to direct their hate on Tasya for a character that she plays. And in 5X06, she's clearly changed and is trying to do right even at the expense of her own life ... so credit needs to be given where required, IMO.

You know, for some reason I always forget what she was like when she was introduced. In that aspect, it wouldn't be hard at all to have her i the past but like you said, she's changed and is working hard for redemption, although she won't get off that easy to some and I guess part of me understands that.


I think it was Clarke that said it, but there are no heroes on the show. Things aren't cut and dry, they've all done horrible things and I don't think one character should take more blame than another for the most part. I think that a lot of people look past The 100s actions and the murders they've committed since day one and we started the entire show with their journey and they started out as protagonists and IMp for the most part they're antiheroes now.

A show I watched killed off 2 characters in 8 episodes who have both been around since the pilot

I don't forgive very easily ... for example, I'm okay with Murphy now but I still remember the ***** things that he did in season 1. But as long as they flesh out Echo's story properly, I'm willing to keep an open mind about her ... honestly, she didn't get to do very much in the episodes so far so I'm glad that she did, in episode 6.

True and I think there are some things you can't help but not forgive and it's something you'll always remember when you talk about and watch the character
