Lexa will easily outlive this show. I never had any doubts. She outlived the show the moment she died, the moment she came back in the season 3 finale, the moment she disappeared again and the moment when she stole the show in the series finale.

The Commander was the embodiment of strength and wisdom, an unmoving rock against the turmoil of her post apocalyptic world. Yet, there were moments where you get a glimpse of the side of her that was filled with sadness and longing for things she had denied herself for so long.
And this is what made her death so painful… us wanting her to experience that happiness she finally grasped for longer. For her to bask in it like we all knew she deserved. Her moments of vulnerability that was rarely seen… and when I saw it again, even after all this time, just made me miss her even more. Reshop, Heda. May we meet again… |
