So I goggled the episode title and got this. Make of it what you will.
Matryoshka dolls, also known as Babushka Dolls, Russian nesting dolls, stacking dolls, or Russian dolls, are the set of wooden dolls of decreasing size placed one inside another.

The title intrigues me very much, I speculated on the Spoilers thread that it’s something to do with Clarke taking back her body from Josephine ... I suspect that Josephine will take it over yet again while the body is slowly dying, as the 36 hour mark approaches.

(hence the decreasing in size)
