Can I just say this? Sher asked after Murphy first. She named everyone (save Harper), but she said Murphy's name first

I would consider them friends

They weren't at first but probably around season 3 I'd say I would start to think of them as actually friends

I think maybe because we don’t get to see so much interaction between them on the show? I’d definitely regard them as friends too

though I would probably say that she’s still closer to Raven and Monty.

I like how she was just staying silent, judging and also assessing Diyoza there.

Season 2 parallels.

I’d definitely say Clarke is closest to Bellamy (duh) and then Raven, then Monty. I think she likes Murphy better than Octavia, though.
