That makes sense, and is totally something I would do! It's crazy how a scent can trigger a memory or even an onslaught of them... it's so true.

In both of those gifs she's first resting her chin, then goes down for the total shoulder face-smush/sniff

MiniElky the way Clarke buries her face in his shoulder makes me think she's smelling him. That sounds so creepy, but it's not! Smell is connected to memory and emotion and that makes it very powerful. My father lives 700 miles away, so when I do get to see him I love to smell him. It's comforting to me. Hell, several months ago we changed hand soaps at work and the new one reminded me of my father. My coworker couldn't stop laughing at me smelling my hands all day.

Anyway, I like to think that Bellamy's smell is comforting to Clarke and something she wants to keep with her.

It really does. I just love how everything, no matter how little it seems, is interrelated to how they operate as people as well as leaders.

Interesting observation. Somehow it just makes sense that they comfort each other in that manner. Especially since it's going to be enough for her (for a while at least) to remember him that way.

But seriously, I feel like Abby will be primarily concerned for Clarke's safety. But Bellamy knows she can handle herself and I think he respects her decision, even though he hates to see her in so much pain. So I think they're gonna let her go on her walkabout for a while, but then they'll probably find themselves in some kind of trouble (maybe related to ALIE?) and they will need Clarke, so they'll go get her.

I love that this user does this! Her S1 Bellarke video gives me many feels just as this one did! And this one actually makes me realize we did get quite a good bit of profound Bellarke moments this season. More than I thought!

I wonder if eventually they'll make a mini search party for Clarke with Bellamy, Octavia and Monty and when they find her Bellamy will be "it's time to come home".

I understand why Clarke left. She needs to find peace and forgive herself so hopefully with time she can go back.

I wonder what will be happening with Clarke/what will make her decide it's time to come back. It could be anything! It's interesting how open-ended they left this season, there's no immediate conflict that we know of yet.

I don't know if this has been posted yet but this amazing talented person wrote a Bellarke song. Ofc u can take it as platonic or romantic or both. I think how Clarke and Bellamy are placed right now the lyrics are ideal. And i respect this person coz even being a hardcore Clexa shipper it was big of her to compose and write one for Clarke and Bellamy!
