I don’t know, maybe I’m alone here, but I’m just really not into browns. But if everyone else is, I’ll get used to it, I suppose.

As for the pictures, I figured that Bellamy was a given. Along with:

I think anything reddish is kind of harsh on the eyes.

It still has the green in there, but it’s balanced out with either a more tan color or grey.

Oh, I love that banner, Mel. Agreed that we should consider removing Jasper, Jaha and Lincoln.

My must haves are Clarke/Bellamy/Raven/Monty/Murphy ... MAYBE Abby?

I'll look at the colour schemes tomorrow, but I really like those hues, Rora! I kind of like the thought of the earthy tones plus incorporate the greens (which we currently have) too but I'm not sure if that combo will work realistically.

I think Kane is a lot more popular here than Abby. But it’s difficult, because including one of them makes you feel like you have to include the other.

What if we narrowed down to 6? Bellamy, Clarke, Octavia, Raven, Murphy, Monty? Put Bellamy and Clarke in the middle and have the other 4 on the sides of them.

I really like the second colour scheme link, April. The first one is too similar to what we discussed on the Roswell board. I don't want two identical boards! lol

I would be ok with those six, but for some reason I feel weird leaving Abby and Kane out. Am I alone? Should we cram them onto the ends with tiny little heads? lol

I like the last two color schemes April posted with the grey/green combos. To me, the green fits the more natural, survival theme, and the grey goes with the space/technology stuff.

Yeah, I’m liking the last two I posted best, too. I like what you noted about grey vs. green.

It does feel weird leaving Kane and Abby out, but . . . I don’t know, let’s see if they survive the finale first.

I like the thought of having an even number of characters on the banner, either 6 or 8, so Clarke and Bellamy could split the middle. Like I know that Clarke is the most main of the main characters, but Bellamy BY FAR has the most character threads on this board, more than double anyone else.

I think Octavia is a given, whether or not she survives the finale.

I think everyone else should kind of depend on if they survive 5x13.

The "color shore" and "foraged hues" schemes that April shared work really well.

I feel like this one also fits that theme.

This one reminds me of Eden.

This one has softer reds/pinks kind of like Praimfaya, mixed with blues like water/sky.

Some others:

The pink might be too bright.
But without the red.

Octavia is definitely a given, I agree.

So basically it seems that we could just do the Core 4: Clarke, Bellamy, Octavia, Raven.
Or we could do a Super 6 and add on Murphy and Monty. (My preference; love Murphy, he has more threads than O.)
Or we could do an Elite 8 and add on Kane and Abby.

I think four is really nice because the images are a bit bigger, but six images usually works well, too.

I'd personally go for the six. I also just like having the delinquents on there. I guess for me it really depends on the pictures we have for Murphy and Monty?

If not the Super 6, I’d vote for the Core Four just to have bigger pictures.

I think it just makes sense that, given how popular of a character Murphy is on this board, he should be on there. And if he should be on there, Monty should be, too. While Monty isn’t a must have for me, I think it’s clear that he may be for others. And an even number is better, like I said.

So Super 6 all the way for me! But yes, we do need to find good pics of Monty and Murphy for that. (And did Raven not get one of those promo pics with the brown background? )

I don't love super pastel-type colours for this board, I know they are easy on the eyes but they don't really suit the show at all. I'd rather have more muted yet bold colours, if that makes any sense. I like strong earthy tones (but just not all brown).

I don't understand why Monty and Murphy had no promo pics this year? Their PR team is confusing.
