I rewatched The Maze Runner Scorch Trials with my mom tonight. It was good but a bit all over the place. I heard book 2 was better, but DAYUM @ dylan o'brien. Like man he is GORGEOUS and such a good actor too. I got the book series for Christmas and am excited to start reading it.

BTW mods, have you considered opening a "what are you reading?" thread?

I also watched Star Wars Rogue 1 and found is SO BORING. But I've never been a big action person and though I've seen all the star wars from 1-6 I just never got that into it.

CALL ME BY YOUR NAME MESSED ME UP. I watched it last night at 3 am and was crying silently on the couch. Wow that was so good and Armie Hammer really impressed me, and Timothy was soooooooo good. Good God. I want to immediately rewatch it again. Their chemistry was RIDICULOUS.

Might check out another Runaways tonight as its getting really good!

Merry Christmas ya'll!

I'm not a mod, but I think that's a great idea Alexa

I don't read so many books anymore, but we could also post there, when we read the newspaper or a magazine or an interesting article in the internet

Sarah, you can believe me when I say, they make a Monopoly out of everything

My autistic son is a big Monopoly fan ... this game is perfect for autistic people ... it has structure and numbers/maths.
I think my son has more than 10 different Monopoly Games, but I like the Sponge Bob one the most, because it has so funny playing pieces and building names

Another The 100 4x10 - 4x13 rewatch day for me

I'm conflicted about Call Me By Your Name. I watched it in October at a film festival and even though the movie was beautiful and the music magical, the age difference made me uncomfortable, esp. that Armie doesn't look 24, so the age difference seemed even bigger. But the soundtrack, damn one of my favourites ever.

Can you believe it's already been 20 years since MiB premiered?

Haha true Sonja, I do read the board

Honestly I can't believe 1997 was 20 years ago, it's so disturbing. I remember seeing MiB in theatres

I love MIB! Man, I can rewatch that over and over again.

And sure, Alexa. We can open a thread for that though I also don't read much anymore.

It would have been better if he was 18 but honestly the age thing didnt bother me in the slightest, i didnt even notice it because the characters didnt really notice. And its set in italy and i think the consent laws are different but it was not even about that? Like, it wasnt like he was taking advantage in any way of elio it felt completely equal to me between them and idk, even Elio was the more aggressive one at times. They themselves didnt seem to even notice a difference.

But just the movie itself, how it was shot, the dialogue, the honesty from the actors..i just loved it. I felt so much watching it. And now reading the book I feel so much more because it gives a lot of back story to the movie. IDK, I'm loving it. Wanna watch it again.

MIB was a great movie!

Okay, dont judge but I'm watching "Backstage". Its basically a teen show but they are at a performing arts school so I'm sorry, but I like it. Andddd it reminds me of the old N shows like radio free roscoe. . Its nice to have a show on netflix that i can put on in the background while I am doing other stuff.

I've seen quite a few versions here too so I can believe that, and what you said of course.

Alexa, I also found Rogue One boring TBH. I just didn't like it. And the Maze Runner movies are good! I especially loved the second one, and can't wait for the third one to come out.

Same here ... it made me a bit sad, seeing the Twin Towers standing there in die Movie, and knowing, that 4 years later the world will not be the same again

I know, that is so weird. So sad and eerie.

I'm just watching Friends right now because it's on TV all the time lately
