I mean, personally, I really enjoyed it (although I'm seeing split opinions kind of all over the place online). But going into it largely unspoiled made me really happy. There were some things the film probably could have cut out, but overall it was an enjoyable film, IMO.

Re Riverdale, I hope this will not offend anyone here, but imo it is complete trash with very questionable messages (I am old and I worry this will screw up the kids ).

Honestly, Riverdale is absolutely terrible. In season 1 it had some redeeming qualities, but this season is just so awful and ridiculous that I'm just forcing myself to watch it because I feel bad leaving things unfinished

There are so many things that never make sense, absolutely atrocious character development (or rather, there is NONE) and just really bizarre scenes that they include that make me go huh??? What a weird, weird show.

Sarah I agree. It's not so much BA that i have an issue with, but its how it was done. Like you said it was random scenes thrown in there, it didnt feel like anything was building. IDK, we'll see where it goes but it annoyed me.

I agree about the BH reveal too, it wont be that simple. I think Jugheads words at the end implied it wasn't the real BH. And he has green eyes I think, not blue.

I dont think the show is bad, I still really am enjoying season 2. I find it highly entertaining and the mystery is good most of the time. I can name plenty of shows that people love that I think are 10x worse. I just don't love the whole BA thing at all and if the BH storyline is done thats lame too but I dont think it will be. They do need to reel in some of their storylines though. I do agree about Cheryl 100%. Her character is so wishy washy.

I do agree that the character development needs work though, sometimes character act one way and then the next episode do something completely out of left field.

I am watching a TON of different shows over this break to see if any stand out to me. I just watched the pilot of project runway, it was kind of fun. Definitely want to add that into my list.

I also watched the pilot of Runaways, which was really good. Definitely gonna catch up with that one.

Watched 201 of B99 but idk, it didnt really grab me so i wont be catching up to that one any time soon. I did watch 101 of the originals and enjoyed it. Will definitely start watching that once i finish my vpd rewatch.
