 American Football - German First League Final - New Yorker Lions Braunschweig vs. Schwäbisch Hall Unicorns ... Kickoff at 6:00 PM CET ... go Unicorns  The fourth final in a row for my team now ... unfortunately they have lost the last three finals ... but there is always hope  ... I drove to Berlin in the last three years and watched the finals live ... but I'm a bit frustrated now because of the three defeats ... so I watch it on TV today ... maybe they have more luck, when I stay at home  |

Oh man, we did it!!!
    First championship since 5 years ... I'm in heaven now ... and it was so close (14:13) ... the game was the hell for me and has costed me my last nerves  ... with 9 sec on the clock the other team could have won with a 30 yard field goal, but my team has blocked the field goal and the game was over ... indescribably  I watch the Notre Dame vs. NCU game now ... today is my lucky day ... so I hope that Notre Dame wins ... they have a player with a german mother (Equanimeous St. Brown)Which game do you watch April? Congrats to your team, Sonja!
I watched Oklahoma vs. Iowa State yesterday, and I'm so glad I did! Oklahoma was ranked at #3 and lost in a STUNNING UPSET!I also watched Michigan lose to Michigan State in ANOTHER UPSET! And I got to see Florida State lose to Miami! It was a great day. Watched some LSU/Florida, too, and a little Penn State/Northwestern and Alabama/Texas A&M. It was a great day of college football all around. |

... I'm still on a highfly today ... my team was absolutely the underdog in the final, but our defense and our special teams played phenomenal ... two blocked field goals, one blocked extra point and we allowed the best league offense only 13 scoring points ... what should I say ... Defense wins Chamionships I'm happy for you, that your favourite college teams have won Do you watch NFL today? I have Jaguars vs. Steelers on TV and Cardinals vs. Eagles on Ipad ... go Steelers and Cardinals |

Well, it's not even that my favorite teams won, but just that some of my least favorite teams lost.
 I've got Panthers/Lions on right now, but I really have no allegiance to either team. |
