Sarah, ever since I just aired out my feelings last night, I’ve found some some really good, positive people, too, people who feel the same way we do and are tired of letting the negative ones drag them down.

It was starting to feel like we were alone there, wasn’t it? But we’re not. There are others like us.

I’m really glad Yana posted that. Even though she may be making an adjustment to Bellamy right now, she’s done so without bringing people down with negativity. I don’t necessarily agree with every view she’s articulated on him this season, but I respect the hell out of her for doing it in a mature way.

So in line with her slideshow, what is your guys’ favorite heroic Bellamy moment? Mine is probably “She is.” I think it showed a Bellamy who had a great head/heart balance. Plus, it was just EPIC.

Reading some of the more positive/hopeful posts made me feel better.

And aww, I’m glad that Yana wrote that article especially right now! I don’t always agree with her POV either but I appreciate her efforts in trying to keep things positive in the fandom.

I have yet to read the article but my most heroic Bellamy moment is probably still him in MW. He risked life and limb when he went in there and fought the hardest he could to keep his people safe.

Also, confronting Diyoza/whole bunch of criminals with nothing but a mug ... also a heroic moment albeit in a unique way.

Which is sad? But oh well. I remember there being a ton of discussion about season 3 Bellamy on Reddit (conflicting discussion) but I'm not sure about Twitter cause I wasn't paying too much attention then.

I’ve peeked at Reddit this season, and from what I see, it’s nowhere near as bad as Twitter. Different . . . demographic maybe?

I’m just sticking to posting positive stuff and I’m surrounding myself with positive people on Twitter.

Do you guys think Bellamy might actually be the best version of himself so far this season? Doesn’t necessarily mean your favorite version, but just his most mature, stable version?

I absolutely agree, Lisa and it’s baffling to me how a lot of fans were upset but ultimately got over the massacre in season 3 and now he’s getting all this flack for his dating life.

I know that I’m oversimpliflying it a bit but it’s moreso to highlight the difference in reactions. I get not being able to wrap your head around how this can happen (or not liking this version of him as much) since we didn’t get to see it so it’s a bit of a cop out but people change and grow and forgive. But to just write him off ... eh I wouldn’t do that.

Not sure what my favorite hero moment is but, as much as love him showing up to save Clarke in 5X03, I don't think it's that one.

Most stable, most grown-up? Yes.....

Exactly, Sarah. I totally agree. But I have seen some signs of positivity rexemerging. I’m just going to stay out of the tags.

Bellamy is so much more than who he’s dating, just like Clarke is. Just like they all are and like everyone in real life is.

As far as hero moments go, 3x02 also comes to mind. I forget, did Yana include that one? I looked at that in a bit of a rush this morning.

I’m not sure if it was included but yes! Him going through the Grounder army to find Clarke definitely ranks up there.

He really could have been easily killed them.
