I’m not sure if I agree that people don’t give him enough credit ... as the finale showed, he’s one of the essential personnel and people clearly look up to him and thinks that he has great qualities etc. Maybe if you’re talking about specific storylines like Mount Weather and his crucial role in that, perhaps.

I think there are some viewers of the show who don’t give him enough credit for his intelligence. (Looking at you, AV Club reviewer.) But I think the other characters do realize how smart and quick-thinking he is.

I just disregard most of what he says, April because I wholeheartedly disagree.

And I can't remember right now if we worked out if it was the same guy who interviewed Bob at SDCC but if so, for him to bring up the question to Bob on whether he likes Bellamy ... I didn't like how he phrased it at all. Bob was classy as always in his answer, but I felt that question was uncalled for.

You can have your own opinions on the character but to bring it up in that manner to the person who actually plays him and obviously enjoys playing him ... that wasn't necessary.

Get over it already. This goes for both the actor and the character: Yes, he is smart and gorgeous and sweet and funny. There. I said it.

Unfortunately the haters are everywhere ... I like it to read The 100 episode reviews on the german show review website called "myFanbase" ... the reviewers like the show, write good/interesting reviews and they give good ratings for the episodes ... the sad thing is, that they get the most review replies from some Clexas who have nothing other to do as saying that the show is not good, is racist, that they hate Bellamy because he is a mass murderer and that Bob has no acting talent ... I have stated now to write a positive comment after every negative comment on this website, just to show, that there are people who love the show and think that Bellamy is a great character and that Bob is a outstanding actor ... we will see, if I can wear the haters down until they are quiet

Honestly, Bellamy is a character with a super passionate and quite substantial following (as we all know), but we also know he’s polarizing. I don’t like it when people hate on a character for ship reasons alone (if you hate what he did in season three and never will forgive him, then that’s another story), and I hate it even more when people let their disdain for a character transfer over to the actor. Really, though, I feel like Bellamy is not a character meant for everyone to adore. He’s too complex for that.

I can get hating Bellamy in S3 but I don't get the hate for him in general. And hating on the actor always is wrong.
