but great observation, Rose.

I totally agree, the way Bob plays him is amazing. We think that we know all that we need to know about this character but Bellamy is constantly evolving and you can feel the despair/general feeling of weariness that he seems to carry around.

It also makes me sad to see how him (and the others) have gone through so much since they've landed on Earth. He's always had tragedy as his backstory but events on the ground were just a whole other ballpark of horror/pain/tears/heartbreak.

They've sacrificed their relative innocence in a huge way.

On a lighter note, I'm watching Bellamy be the inside man in Mount Weather right now in my Season 2 rewatch.

Although it's gonna end up with him and Clarke killing all those people, so . . . maybe it's not really a lighter note after all.
