The arrival on earth was really a good moment ... they were all so happy, that they can breathe the fresh air and can see the beautiful nature after such a long time in prison on the Ark

Most Tearful Death

JASPER JORDAN



I know that some of you are not Jasper fans and will disagree with me, but to me, this was
the character death that hit me the hardest. I spent the season embracing the tragic tone
of Jasper’s storyline but still somehow expected that he was going to live. Even if he was
to die, I didn’t think it was coming until the finale. (In retrospect, the episode title of 4x11
really should have given it away, but I was still oblivious.) Jasper is the character whom
I find to be one of the most relatable, and I’ve always defended him and enjoyed him, and
Bellasper is one of my favorite dynamics on the show. It was so fitting for him to go out on
his own terms with Monty by his side, and both Chris and Devon absolutely nailed this scene.
The music is heartbreaking, the directing from HIC is stellar, and the moment just really hit
me right in the feels. I knew Lincoln’s death was coming, and no other character who died
has been in my top 10. Until Jasper Jordan. This scene makes me cry every single time.

Good choice April ... I felt so sorry for Monty in this scene ... it's hard to accept that your best friend will take his own life an there is nothing you can do against it ... "You can't save someone who doesn't want to be saved"

Best answer ever, Marie. I feel like I really want this in a title, somehow.

Good choice, April. I may have my views about Jasper but honestly, that scene was heartbreaking in all the right ways. He was someone who didn't see a way out of the darkness no matter what happened, and that hits a nerve because a lot of people in RL feel the same way and decide to take the similar route as Jasper. Brilliant acting by Devon and Chris there.

Lincoln's death hit me really hard
He was such a good character
and he has sacrificed himself to save his people in prison
It broke my heart to see how Octavia has watched the execution of the man she loves

Sonja, love your post and I agree. I'm kind of glad that I knew it was coming but still, it hit a lot of us hard, for sure. And I'm never watching that scene again, it's too painful.

For me the only sad ones were Lincoln, Wells, Finn (even though I didnt like him) and Sinclair. Honestly Finn's i think was the only one that made me teary. Not necessarily for him but because it was a hard way for them to kill him off.
