I've said it before... since they refuse to promote the show properly along with tossing a different start date in the Spring each season, it's absolutely phenomenal the ratings have been as steady as they've been for so many years. If they promoted it even a little bit, the ratings would be better but they don't give a damn apparently.

Don't forget there are live +3 and live +7 ratings which usually fare alot better
 I have a feeling alot of people don't watch this show live. And a TON of them don't have Nielsen boxes.__________________

I'm gonna check out that reddit user's breakdown of the numbers It is beyond frustrating to me. This is SUCH a good show imo. I've turned 3 friends into fans and they had never even heard about the show before (they caught up and came in in s03, and s04). And they all love post-apocalyptic/SciFi stuff. And they all live in the US. So how is that possible? ETA: wow that person has done their homework on the numbers  I need an explanation for all the abbreviations, I think LOL #noob __________________

Yeah their breakdown is great! So much goes into ratings other than the next day ones that we see. It's kind of fun in a nerdy way.
And the CW is so pathetic, they promote everything else but this show and have always done so - and I have no idea why. __________________

I've converted my sister at least  but we don't live in the US and so, can't influence the ratings in any way. It's just frustrating that the show will never get the recognition it deserves.  __________________
