I totally agree with you there Kate

... I would be disappointed if Bellamy would hear that Clarke is still alive while he is in space ... that would make their reunion scene only as half as good ... the best thing would be that they coincidentally meet each other after the space crew is back on the ground ... I want a reunion scene like the 2x05 hug so badly

... please writers ... give me that!

This!! For angst purposes and to maximise the emotional intensity when they reunite, it’ll only work if Bellamy only learns much later on that Clarke is alive.

Oh my god, you guys, I’m so stunned right now. The latest chapter of my fic has 40 responses on AO3, and I just posted it last night.

I’ve never posted a chapter that has gotten such a response, of any fic EVER. I’m so floored and a little emotional thinking about it!

I really want this to happen TBH. He's usually reserved in showing emotion/affection for Clarke so I want to see that burst of emotion from him when he finally sees her.

It was an angsty chapter, so I anticipated some reaction, but not quite this much. So flattering.

ETA: This is so random, but I thought about it as I was getting ready for work. What do you guys think Bellamy’s mom would think of Clarke? And what would Clakre’s dad think of Bellamy?

I think Aurora May be skeptical of Clarke at first (a girl coming from “privilege,” as Bellamy himself put it), but similarly to her son, she would end up really respecting her. And I do feel like Jake would like Bellamy a lot right from the start. I think Jake was a very heart-driven man, like Bellamy.
