But now I see that s p i c k gets as well? So maybe I did not misspell in the first place

Googled it and found out that s p i c is a derogatory term for Hispanic people
and so is the alternative spelling s p i c k.

What do you mean with inner-posting challenge?

We can do posting challenges with other boards or within the board itself and set goals like 300k for example. I think that we have to set some rules re: challenging posters on which threads to actively post on during the challenge ... might have some other rules as far as I recall, shall check on that later.

On-board posting challenge Paulina is when a board sets a goal within the board.
For example getting to 300K.
You don't challenge another board, but yourself / your posters.
You can decide on the rules yourself
