Yes those first 3 seasons are the best I love a lot from the later seasons too but sometimes got so crazy!

I don't really remember much of the seasons & I stopped watching during Season 3 or 4, so Season 1 would probably be the only season of Rachel's I liked, as I don't remember much else.

S1 was the best season overall, I think the show went downhill with S4.

It just had too many new characters and the audience never cared much about the newbies, so it was just a bad idea.
