I loved 13 Reasons Why. I feel it depends how people look at it. Yeah it can be triggering, but no different than some other shows or even watching the news. The intent is, obviously, not to glorify suicide. And to those who see it as such, are perhaps looking too much into it to justify how it is glorifying suicide. I would also say they missed the bigger message. I just hope 13 Reasons Why is never blamed for anything.

Honestly I think the critics of it haven't actually watched the show, it's definitely not promoting kids to kill themselves rather have kids look at their own actions and how they can affect one persons life.
