I wonder if there was any truth coated in the sarcasm.

I like that we got some pre-Mondelr stuff in the show before London. Four seasons was definitely enough time to work up to Monica and Chandler hooking up. We got to see that they cared for one another, but their interaction together wasn't the same as it was with the other characters.

I think it was good they didn't get together in season 3, at the beach. But we definitely got to see how funny and cute they could be together.

^Totally agree. That's one of my favorite things about watching old seasons-you see them interacting knowing that later on they end up becoming each other's forever.

Whenever I do a rewetch of the series, I always begin about halfway through season 4 because I love Monica/Chandler's relationship and am so impatient for them to get together!

Also, I love the title of this thread. It's very true, Chandler does love Monica more than anything else in the world and he would do anything for her to make her happy.
