Friends - Season Five Appreciation Month - "All right! Here we go! 1999! The year of Joey!"

With the Monica/Chandler "secret relationship" storyline, a lot of amazing episodes came out of Season 5. I was so eager to start a thread for this wonderful, classic season, so here it is.

Remember when Phoebe gave birth? Joey got a turkey stuck on his head? What about when the gang went to Vegas?

And what about Danny? and Gary? and Mr. Zelner? and Kim, Rachel's boss at Ralph Lauren? And who could forget Elizabeth Hornswaggle?

What was your favorite episode? Who was your favorite character? What story arc made Season 5 so unique?

The fifth season was a gem and I know that there are many other fans out there who feel the same way. So, come in and post!

i think TOW Everybody Finds Out is THE funniest episode of Friends! i never laughed so hard in my life, especially when Phoebe was seducing Chandler.

The whole episode is just laugh out loud funny! It's my favorite one from Season 5.

Season 5 is definately my favourite. If I could only see one season ever again, it would be 5. From Monica and Chandler's secret affair, to everyone finding out, and then them in the season final

One of my fave episodes is TOW everybody finds out. Phoebes seduction is classic. That swirly dance she does towards Chandler cracks me up every time.

It was really sad when Phoebe gave birth to the triplets because she really found it hard to give them up.

Vegas was hilarious when Ross drew on Rachels face and they were showing each other up on the plane.

Season 5 was brilliant.

Season 5 was definately the best season IMO. The storylines were fantastic, and S5 had some of the best episodes, TOW Everybody Finds Out, TOI VegasP1&2, TOW Ross Says Rachel, I could go on forever, but you get my meaning.

season five. Monica and Chandler are so adorable there, they are actually the reason why I startet to watch this show, my very first episode was: "After Ross says Rachel" Everybody finds out is my all time favourite eoisode from Friends.

I just loved the whole game going on between the both sides and poor Joey he just wanted it to be out in the open so he didn't have anymore secrets. After Ross's whole Sandwich anger he finally gets that apartment and invutes his boss to see it and then gets steaming mad over Monica and Chandler....classic.

This is one of my absolute favourite seasons. Monica and Chandler trying to keep their relationship a secret form the rest of the group is one of the best storylines ever on the show. So many classic episodes were from season 5, the show went downhill after this season IMO.
