I was listening to the commentary to The Last One and they mentioned something interesting. Apparently there was supposed to be an episode where Ross and Rachel go to Paris and have a great romantic trip. That was supposed to be when Ross realized that he was in love with Rachel. Maybe that would've satisfied people that thought they got back together too quickly better. I think they decided not to do that because they felt it was unnecessary and they had all this history already to back up him falling in love with her. But that definitely would've been interesting to see and would make a nice little fic

It would have been a great scene to go on... but i agree with what you said, they didn't have to do it cause Ross and Rachel have all that history together... and they have been dancing around each other since the day her dad was in the hospital and he was there with her...

Lauren, it sounds a *lot* better than the actual version. We all know my dislike of the pacing in season ten, so I won't bore you. But I like that version a lot better.
