They are terrific parents, i love them together as parents. All their episodes envolving Emma are so dynamic and funny, and sweet.

I just watched the one where Ross and Rachel break up in season 3.

I'd forgotten how good that scene is between the two of them.

Chandler: Yeah, come on, it’s Ross and Rachel, they’ve got too.
Monica: What if they don’t?
(Long pause.)

Ross: Okay, well here we are. Now we’re in a tough spot again, Rach. What do you want to do? How do you want to handle it? Huh? Do you wanna fight for us? Or, do you wanna bail? (sits down next to her) Look, I, (on the verge of tears) I did a terrible, stupid, stupid thing. Okay? And I’m sorry, I wish I could take it back, but I can’t. (We see Monica and Phoebe are almost in tears.) I just can’t see us throwing away something we know is so damn good. Rachel, I love you so much.

^The way he delivers that whole line is just so

Ross: Look, look, there’s got to be a way we can work past this. Okay, (takes a hold of one of her arms.) I can’t imagine, I can’t imagine my life without you. (Both of them are starting to cry.) Without, without these arms, and your face, and this heart. Your good heart Rach, (drops to his knees and hugs her around her waist) and, and....
Rachel: (crying) No. I can’t, you’re a totally different person to me now. I used to think of you as somebody that would never, ever hurt me, ever. God, and now I just can’t stop picturing with her, I can’t, (Ross stands up and backs away) it doesn’t matter what you say, or what you do, Ross. It’s just changed, everything. Forever.
[We see the rest of them are now crying.]
Ross: (crying) Yeah, but this can’t be it, I mean.
(Pause)
Rachel: Then how come it is?

the break-up is one of the best Friends episodes ever.

There's this quote I love though at the beginning of the ep when Rachel was talking with Monica, before she found out about what happened :
Rachel: No, no-no, it’s okay, calm down. Mark and I talked, and I realised how much I love your stupid brother, and, yeah, we got our problems, but I really want to make it work.

I love how she refers to him to Monica as her "stupid brother" lol it's kinda cute and I just love how she said how much she loves him, we could tell seeing Rachel's expression the night before when she told Ross about a break and he left she looks like "What I have done?" and then as sad as it could be knowing what was going to happen with Ross at the bar, I love how Rachel try to call him for a big part of night, she was mad few hours before but as soon as he just left it really didn't take her long to realized, like she said to Monica, that she just couldn't lose him, like she told to Mark she actually didn't want a break, she must have been just tired and frustrated to fight over the same thing with Ross, but like Ross tells her later, what they had was just too damn good, something that I don't think neither of them were actually expecting to find when they first got together, I mean they were all young and happy to start that new relationship but I don't think neither of them would have thought they would fall this hard, that it would be that intense between them and just.. real.
And I love in that scene with Monica how she said she really want to make them work no matter what problems they have, there was love, so much love that it was enough to get through that, it was worth it, of course it was.
But it was before she knew something worst happened

Again that break-up scene really was a very emotional, heartbreaking moment and yet it's so good because if it is that powerful it's because their history and love were that strong and the whole scene is so intense for RnR (and even for the rest of the gang), they were ending their relationship when there was still so much love there *sigh* I don't even know how they could get over it after the break up and be back to be just friends, well it wasn't easy but I guess that's also why we love these two, their friendship was great and there before they got together and that still mattered to them to try to keep that even after everything. Plus I said I don't know how they could got over it but we know they never actually completly did, but still it must have been so hard for them to try to put away their real feelings and to not be together as the couple they used to be especially when we know they somewhere keep that thought in mind that may be someday with time they will be back to that again.

Hi, can i be added to the list? I love Rachel & Ross! Those quotes are so sad. I hate watching those scenes. And afterwards when everything was awkward.. and he goes out to the middle of nowhere to go rescue them, and he still can't go skiing with them. It kills me.. I'm just glad they got back together in the end!

Aw, yeah me too! You feel so bad for him at that moment ! It was pretty hard to see all the tension and awkward moments between them around that time

Back on happier time I watched 'TOW Ross finds out' yesterday

I will just never get tired of watching their first kiss

The whole scene was so good!
