It's also normal for adults like Phoebe to still think Santa is real. Someone who's mother killed herself as young as hers did, highly doubt anyone ever thought about telling her Santa isn't real and since Phoebe was on the street since then, Santa would've never been brought up.

I love Phoebe's reply and that flirty look she gave to Joey! Poor Joey, he was just worry about his grandma seeing him like that on screen but Phoebe was quite interested!
