They didn't get many scenes- which is ironic considering they were originally going to be the main couple. I think it's funny that they were going to get together, and yet if you asked people who the weirdest couple would be (excluding Monica/Ross OBVIOUSLY) they'd more than likely say Monica/Joey.

Oh yeah I forgot about that ep with these two, that was great ! I love how Joey made Monica believe that the other couple where brother and sister or something like that but they were all touching with each other and flirting so Monica was all shocked And then I love how Joey and her agreed to try to break them up so they could have the other one for themselves LOL

Well, the writers did say that at the very beginning they first wanted to put these two together as the couple of the show but well then changed their mind seeing how things went on the show lol I personally never think about them as a couple but I loved their scenes together too And that's too bad we didn't have more with them!

Some days ago I watched 'TOW The Cooking Class' and I love Monica and Joey scenes in that ep I love that they were suppose to go see a movie just the two of them at the beginning and then it was cute how Joey went with her to see that guy who wrote that bad review about Mon's restaurant and then when that guy didn't want to taste what Monica brought to him Joey told him "Either eat it, or be in it."
