I really loved Jennifer Coolidge as Amanda. Every time she spoke I laughed, from her telling Chandler he looked positively dreadful to her getting Monica and Phoebe to smell her natural scent

OMG. Amanda. She was a little kooky, but her dancing was laugh out loud funny.

I love that as revenge to Phoebe, Monica was supposed to say Mike was also injured but she was like no!

definitely ! i feel like we never had that much backstory about monica and phoebe when they were roomies except in tow the flashback
however it always bugged me how the actress played amanda in friends and in Joey, she was joey's agent, like the guy who played eddie in friends but in the spin off he was joey's nephew's dad

Friends is full of inconsistencies like that. I didn't watch Joey so I didnt realize that but Friends throughout the seasons definitely has a LOT of inconsistencies.

That's true. It would have been nice to see how Monica and Phoebe first became friends. I dont watch Joey (tried a few and hated it) but that is weird why they didn't just recast them. Its like in Friends, the actress who played estelle also was the doctor when Ben was born

exactly, after all, like their thread's title says, phoebe and monica are the original roomates so it would have been only fair that we learnt about how they met
i totally foget about estell being the nurse but that's true
