I haven't seen that episode of HIMYM as I've only seen a few episodes, but that is strange that she got dumped on her birthday twice.

Phoebe and Mike
In 'TOW Rachel's Sister Babysits' Phoebe states that it's her and Mike's 1 year anniversary. Rachel then asks what the anniversary was of; ('first date, first kiss, first time you had sex?) and Phoebe says 'Yeah!' Implying that all that happened on the first date. Although Phoebe and Mike's first official date was when Joey set them up in 'TOW the Paediatrician' where the date ended badly and Phoebe stormed off, not to see Mike until the following week.
