General Comments on TOW Phoebe's Wedding (10x12)
In a supersized milestone episode, Monica drives flighty Phoebe to the brink when she assumes the reins as her friend's wedding planner and makes everyone uptight -- until she's fired -- and Phoebe's big day soon spirals into a disaster as deliveries go awry and a blizzard forces changes. When Pheebs asks Joey to step in for her incarcerated father and give her away, he takes his newfound role as daddy too seriously while Chandler and Ross lobby Rachel to choose one of them as a last-minute replacement for a groomsman in what promises to be a most unorthodox wedding procession. |

Ahhh Phoebe's married! That was soo great. Monica got a little annoying towards the middle, but by the end she was okay again. What a perfect wedding... outside Central Perk- with her best friends. Previews for next week-- |

Tonight's episode was great. Monica was hilarious and when Phoebe yelled at her during rehersal, I just couldn't help but laugh. I loved how protective Joey was of her, and Chandler walking her down the isle was so sweet.
The whole wedding was beautiful, I really loved it. The previews for next week look really good. __________________

As for tonight's epi, I adored it. Okay, I seriously wanted to slap Monica during the rehearsal dinner - especially when she kept signaling Phoebe to 'wrap up' her toast - but I got over it. Everything else made for some really endearing, funny, moments: Joey playing 'Dad' to Phoebe, Ross and Chandler vying for a spot in the wedding, etc, etc. And Phoebe, wow! She made such a gorgeous bride, you could even hear it in the audience's reaction when she took off her coat. I even got a bit teary-eyed when she was saying her vows to Mike (and I'm no fan of the Mike/Phoebe pairing), about never having had a normal family and now he was her family. It was touching. The only thing I didn't like was that Frank Jr, Alice, and the triplets, weren't present. They should have been there. And, I wonder what became of Phoebe's birth Mom (whom she met in Montauk) and birth Dad (whom she met at her Grandma's funeral) ... __________________

Coming out of lurkdom.
I loved the wedding. Phoebe looked beautiful. I love Phoebe and Mike together. Their vows were perfect. Overprotective Joey was sweet. His godfather speech to Mike was funny. Chandler walking her down the aisle was sweet. I loved Mike's "is that what you say to Chandler" joke to Monica and Phoebe firing Monica. Monica was getting annoying during the dinner. I too wish Frank Jr. and Alice and the triplets were there. And now that I think about it, I kinda wish we met Phoebe's stepdad. __________________

This episode was good. Monica is such a nut, she's all "Where is your bridesmaid! OMG! We have no bridesmaid for this MAN!!!!" Then it turns out she's the bridesmaid. Pheobe's wedding was beautiful! So sweet! Ross with the dog: Can't believe it! Only 6 more eppys to go. ..But I think I'll be fine. |

But besides that I loved the episode. Joey as a father figure and his Godfather speech was great. Phoebe looked beautiful and the speeches were perfect. Monica got mean with her headphone and clipboard, but it was funny when Chandler wanted her to wear them later that night. I also liked the end when Ross was telling the dog to make, lol. |

Monica was so funny, I thought I was just going to die of laughter. That headset or whatever it was she was wearing! OMG! And her military time schedule! Classic! Ross and the dog was so funny that I was laughing even ten minutes after the episode ended! The part that absolutely drove me to endless laughing was at the end whenever he tells Joey that the dog barely has a pulse! OMG, David has this way of taking words that barely appear to be funny, and transform them into pure magic and extreme gut wrenching laughter! SO FUNNY! Great episode.. Oh and being a crazed R/R fan, I so totally devoured the previews for next week! Looks to be excellent R/R stuff! YES! Also, I love how NBC/network do the previews about R/R.. They are really starting the "will they, won't they" type of stuff and I just think that this demonstrates the highly probable big time payoff of a romantic ending for R/R that tons of R/R fans having been looking forward to for a long time now!
