friends is my absolute favorite show of all time, no question. I love love love Monica and I came to this thread and was reminded of how awesome their one liners were. This thread title alone made me burst out laughing.

I tried, I really did, to like 'Cougar Town' but somehow I lost interest in it shortly after the start of Season 3.
 I think it tries too hard to be like 'Friends' but, unfortunately, you can't replicate Friends.  I actually thought 'Mr. Sunshine' is a better show (funnier and more original) than 'Cougar Town' but, obviously, my sentiments do not reflect those of the majority of viewers because it didn't even last one season while CT is in its third. That said, I do hope that CT will go on because I think Courteney Cox works hard at producing/acting in it and many people do like it.  |
